CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Oversee client engagements including revenue cycle management, expense management, and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, conducting performance reviews and supporting recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
