CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on complex transactions and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
• Draft and improve quarterly and annual financial statements and current reports for SEC filing
• Oversee technical accounting research, policy development, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience, including public accounting experience
• Experience with US GAAP and SEC rules, including ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 805
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related financial discipline
• CPA license required
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
