CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client relationships while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and strong knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage multiple projects simultaneously
