CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client engagements while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including internal controls and specific client needs
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
