CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and quality deliverables, including financial close and compliance with internal controls
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with accounting processes and technology, particularly QuickBooks Online
• Strong knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll
• Proven experience in using KPIs for decision-making and financial modeling skills in GAAP-compliant environments
