CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven ability to implement accounting process improvements and technology solutions
