CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including financial close, compliance with GAAP, and internal controls
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
