CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Oversee the execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology
• Strong knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
