CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial results
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and financial close processes
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in a rapidly growing firm
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
