CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client relationships while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including revenue cycle and expense management
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
