CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee and develop the accounting team while ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the accounting team, including performance evaluations and coaching
• Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger account reconciliations
• Analyze accounting practices and implement efficiencies to ensure the integrity of financial records

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant work experience, including leadership
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• CPA license preferred
• Experience with major accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of financial reporting controls (e.g., SOX) framework
