CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Strong understanding of complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
