Job Summary

CPA Licensed Accounting Manager, a full-time position responsible for leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, preparing complex journal entries, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and assist in developing key SOX controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
