CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing general accounting functions, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Manager will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage cash movement across multiple entities, and lead special projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own loan and pool accounting processes, including training and documentation
• Review work completed by staff and senior accountants, ensuring accuracy in analyses and bank reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 5 years of accounting experience in progressively responsible roles
• 2 years of people management experience
• CPA certification required
• Financial industry experience preferred
