CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the joint venture general ledger accounting function, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Manager will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, overseeing complex balance sheet activities and partnering with business leaders in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee the accounting close for operating expenses, debt, equity, intercompany transactions, and other balance sheet accounts
• Drive continuous improvements in the close process, including automation and strengthening of internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-3 years with a Big Four public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading the month-end close process in a multi-entity environment
