CPA Licensed Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To lead process transformation and automation initiatives, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Manager will own global close mechanics, manage multi-entity consolidations, and mentor a small accounting team while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and monthly close processes
- Lead the implementation of AI tools to standardize accounting procedures and improve efficiency
- Prepare audit-ready financial statements and manage internal controls for scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting with progressive corporate accounting and audit experience
- Hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidations and ASC 830 currency translations
- Technical proficiency in US GAAP, Microsoft Excel, and G-suite
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and managing external audit deliverables
- Self-motivated team leader with effective communication skills
