CPA Licensed Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all accounting tasks for assigned properties, including billing, tenant statements, and managing tenant relationships
• Follow up with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts
• Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisition and prepare reports for management

Required Qualifications

• Accounting degree required
• Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better)
• CPA license required
• Minimum of 3 years full-time accounting experience
• Broad based accounting for real estate experience is a plus
