CPA Licensed Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks for assigned properties, including billing, tenant statements, and lease postings
• Follow up with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts
• Prepare sales tax forms and reports for the accounting team management

Required Qualifications

• Accounting degree required
• Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better)
• CPA license required
• 2-4 years of full-time accounting experience
• Broad based accounting for real estate experience a plus
