Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business valuation and strategic advisory engagements to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business valuation or related work
- CPA and/or ASA certification, along with credentials such as CVA, ABV, or CBA
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
