CPA Licensed Americas Controller

Job Summary

Leading financial operations across North and South America, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Americas Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive global analytics, and manage consolidations while partnering with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all Americas entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee the global consolidation process, preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Develop and mentor the accounting team, enhancing internal controls and streamlining month-end close procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in controllership, consolidations, and financial analytics, ideally within professional services or market research
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting standards
• Experience with global ERP and consolidation platforms
• Proven ability to work in a global, multi-entity environment with complex structures
