CPA Licensed Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting close, internal control, and consolidation processes
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting functions
• Drive improvements in accounting processes and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
• CPA license and strong knowledge of US GAAP and local regulations
• 15+ years of accounting experience, including senior management roles
• Experience leading offshore accounting operations and engaging third-party consultants
• Proficient with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems
