CPA Licensed Assistant Controller

Job Summary

To support the finance department, the remote full-time CPA Licensed Assistant Controller will manage day-to-day finance operations, oversee accounting and international consolidation, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Maintain internal controls for SaaS sales results, revenue reporting, accruals, and cash management
• Analyze financial data and present accurate financial reports, including budget to actual variance reporting

Required qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or finance
• CPA required
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience, including international multi-currency experience
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
• Experience with AI-driven process improvements and strategic data interpretation
