CPA Licensed Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to manage and improve its financial performance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and manage regulatory reporting
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• 7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Depth experience in SaaS/E-Commerce based companies
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
