Job Summary
To support a growing assurance practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Assurance Associate will perform and supervise complex assurance projects, address intricate accounting issues, and train and mentor team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and supervise audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS
- Train and delegate tasks to associates and interns, providing constructive feedback on their work
- Analyze financial statements for errors, prepare client correspondence, and manage engagement budgets
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in assurance-related work
- CPA license or eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in audit-related software and tools
