CPA Licensed Assurance Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing assurance practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Assurance Associate will perform and supervise complex assurance projects, address intricate accounting issues, and train and mentor team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS
• Train and delegate tasks to associates and interns, providing constructive feedback on their work
• Analyze financial statements for errors, prepare client correspondence, and manage engagement budgets

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in assurance-related work
• CPA license or eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Comprehensive understanding of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in audit-related software and tools
