Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Assurance Associate will perform and supervise complex assurance projects, including audits and reviews, while working remotely and managing team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and supervise larger assurance projects, including audits, reviews, and compilations
- Train and delegate work to associates and interns, providing constructive feedback on their work
- Analyze financial statements for errors, prepare client correspondence, and manage engagement budgets
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in assurance-related work
- CPA license or eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in audit-related software and tools
