Job Summary
To support a dedicated team serving nonprofit organizations, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Assurance Manager will coordinate client engagements, review financial statements for compliance, and mentor staff while focusing on employee benefit plan audits.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and schedule client engagements to meet deadlines
- Review financial statements and work papers to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and quality control
- Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
Required qualifications
- CPA Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years as a senior (in-charge) accountant
- Experience with ERISA employee benefit plan audits is required
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information effectively
- Strong decision-making skills and initiative
