CPA Licensed Audit Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Director (For-Profit) to oversee client engagements and lead audit practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements, supervising audits and managing project budgets
• Consult with partners and clients on audit matters, providing strategic recommendations
• Develop team members through coaching and mentorship while contributing to recruitment and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Experience in the For-Profit sector and CPA License required
• Extensive knowledge of Yellowbook & Single Audit Guidance highly desired
