Overseeing multiple client engagements, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Audit Manager will manage resource allocation, foster client relationships, and provide strategic recommendations while leading team development in a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements, managing resources, scheduling, and workflow across audit projects
  • Foster ongoing client relationships by managing expectations and driving satisfaction through organizational change initiatives
  • Lead the professional growth of team members through coaching, skills development, and performance evaluations
Required qualifications
  • CPA License
  • 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
  • 3+ years of experience auditing NFP organizations
  • Experience with single audits and uniform guidance compliance audits
  • Proven supervisory and training success
