CPA Licensed Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the Manager, Provider Reimbursement Audit will oversee end-to-end audit activities for Medicare, Duals, and Marketplace, including planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action monitoring while managing resource allocation and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational audits across various functional areas, including claims and provider setup
• Manage the full life cycle of claims audit reporting, from planning to execution and closure
• Effectively communicate audit results and trends to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of public accounting, internal audit, or related operational experience
• Knowledge of Microstrategy, ACL, Compliance 360, Microsoft Applications, Tableau, and claims payment systems preferred
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred
