Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Licensed Audit Senior, this full-time position will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
