Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
