Job Summary
Leading audit and related client engagements for financial services, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and client service
- Develop an understanding of client operations and provide recommendations to strengthen business processes and financial operations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, providing feedback to enhance engagement performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting with 150 semester hours of education
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
- CPA license or active progress toward obtaining a CPA
- Strong analytical, technical accounting, and auditing skills
- Interest in coaching others and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment
