Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will perform comprehensive audits, manage client engagements, and mentor junior staff while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, fostering their development and assessing their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
