Job Summary
Leading audit and related engagements for financial services clients, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative team environment, with the option to work remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and client service
- Develop an understanding of client operations and provide recommendations to strengthen business processes and financial operations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, providing feedback to enhance their development and engagement performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting with 150 semester hours of education
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
- CPA license or active progress towards obtaining a CPA
- Strong analytical, technical accounting, and auditing skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is helpful but not required
