Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients while managing client engagements and mentoring junior staff, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills
- Strong organizational and client service skills
