Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Audit Senior will manage client engagements, conduct financial audits, and develop recommendations for process improvements, with opportunities for remote work or based in New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are managed within budget
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues using electronic databases and audit software
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while maintaining client relationships
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
