Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will manage client engagements, conducting audits and reviews for healthcare clients, while working either from one of the New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA license or a commitment to obtaining it with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
