Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Audit Senior will manage client engagements, performing audits and reviews for healthcare clients while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
