Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Audit Senior will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA license or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
