Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, LBS Balance Sheet Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee timely reconciliation of accounts and manage a team of accountants for account reconciliations
  • Perform reviews of reconciliations, support issue resolution, and ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Assist with special projects and maintain regular attendance while managing team performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, or 3+ years in a senior accountant role
  • Strong accounting and balance sheet management skills
  • CPA certification preferred; active license is a plus
