Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, LBS Balance Sheet Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee timely reconciliation of accounts and manage a team of accountants for account reconciliations
- Perform reviews of reconciliations, support issue resolution, and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Assist with special projects and maintain regular attendance while managing team performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Previous supervisory or management experience, or 3+ years in a senior accountant role
- Strong accounting and balance sheet management skills
- CPA certification preferred; active license is a plus
