CPA Licensed Bookkeeper

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and support payroll processing and related tax filings
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred (active or inactive license accepted)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in SaaS and Health-tech industries
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
