CPA Licensed CapEx Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CapEx Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper classification of fixed assets and construction in progress (CIP) according to US GAAP
• Adhere to month-end close process for fixed assets, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist with year-end audit and collaborate with colleagues on project spend and asset classification

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
• Experience in data center, real estate, or construction industries is beneficial
