CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Manage the entire accounting function, including corporate finance, GAAP adherence, and tax compliance
• Lead strategic financial planning and the creation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Experience in small privately-held, entrepreneurial companies as Controller or Assistant Controller
• Deep knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
