Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee operational finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting and tax compliance
• Develop and implement a vision for the accounting department and drive operational process improvements
• Supervise and develop finance and accounting team members while managing key third-party relationships

Required Qualifications

• CPA license required
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting with 3+ years in a management position
• Thorough knowledge of technical accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Desire to work in a creative startup environment
• Proven experience with month-end close and preparing financial statements
