Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts for tax and reporting obligations
• Mentor and manage accounting teams, fostering a collaborative environment and overseeing project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• Experience in a multi-client environment and deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• 2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
