CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead the overall accounting function and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Coordinate and manage annual audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller with an active CPA license
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public and corporate accounting
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience within a big 4 firm
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
