CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage all accounting functions related to its US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all US accounting functions, including accounts payable, invoicing, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and manage the annual financial statement audit
• Lead worldwide consolidations and develop process improvements for accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or similar leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience managing financial statement audits and working with external auditors
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; experience with ERP implementation highly preferred
