CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the accounting function, including team, processes, systems, and policies
• Lead monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards
• Drive IPO readiness initiatives and manage relationships with auditors and external advisors

Required Qualifications

• CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with Big 4 experience required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in senior-level controllership or corporate accounting roles
• Proven experience preparing a company for IPO or operating as a public company controller
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP, and familiarity with financial automation tools
