Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding best practices
• Oversee client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and meet deadlines
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
