CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and ensuring excellent client experiences
• Implement process improvements and manage project execution to meet client deliverables on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams to meet deadlines
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
